Quick Answers
Before using a new number for WAp marketing, it's important to establish credibility for that number. To do this, engage in regular activity on the platform for 20 to 30 days. This means using the number for personal messaging, joining groups, and interacting with others. By doing so, you build a history of legitimate usage, reducing the chances of being flagged as spam.
#2 Time gaps between messages
When sending bulk messages, it's crucial to maintain time gaps between each message. A time gap of at least 20 seconds and no more than 30 seconds is recommended. This helps prevent triggering spam filters, as sending messages too quickly may raise suspicions.
#3 Message Limit
To avoid being flagged as a spammer, it's important to limit the number of messages you send per hour. It is generally recommended to keep it within the range of 60 to 80 messages. This limit can be considered as a slot. Sticking to this guideline helps you maintain a reasonable pace of messaging without overwhelming recipients or triggering spam filters.
#4 Intervals and Breaks
It's advisable to include intervals and breaks during your messaging sessions. After sending every 20 messages, take a break for 60 to 120 seconds. Additionally, after completing a messaging slot, take a longer break of 30 to 60 minutes before starting a new one. These intervals and breaks help create a more natural and human like pattern of communication, reducing the chances of being flagged as spam.
#5 Mix family/friends number
It's beneficial to include a family member's or friend's number in your messaging list. After sending messages to every 10 to 12 recipients, include a number from your personal contacts. By doing this, you increase the likelihood of receiving occasional replies from recipients, which indicates genuine engagement and reduces the risk of being marked as a spammer.
#6 Potential for number bans
Despite following the guidelines, there is still a possibility of your number getting banned due to user reports. To mitigate this risk, encourage receivers to provide feedback by replying with "NO" if they don't want to receive such messages. This allows you to respect their preferences and avoids unnecessary reports. In fact, if someone replies negatively before reporting, it can work in your favor as evidence that you had their consent to message them.
#7 Contact WAp support
If your number gets blocked, you can reach out to WAp Support directly from your WAp Messenger. By doing this, you initiate an automatic email with your device log, which can help WAp investigate the issue. If they find that your account was wrongfully blocked, they may reactivate it. It's important to follow the instructions provided by WAp Support in order to resolve any issues effectively.
#8 Stay Updated
It's important to note that WAp's policies and guidelines may change over time, so it's advisable to stay updated.

Send only some short messages before starting a conversation if you targeting unknown numbers. one should not send long texts or multiple messages without user consents. In a day you can target only 150 unknow numbers with short & personalized messages. Only your customers there registered number with you then you can send unlimited WAp messages to them. Don't send multiple messages after 1st reply from the user, try to get all content in one message only. If your content clearly looks spam it doesn’t matter you use a broadcast list or notification messaging app, You will definitely get banned. Try to engage in conversation, people who are constantly talking to you or adding you to their contact list, Will decrease your chances of getting banned. Our system is designed to minimize risk from getting banned by WAp when sending bulk messages, but there is a risk that we cannot control when users report you as an spammer. If you send too many unsolicited messages to random users, your account might be banned after a while, since users can manually report your account to WAp as spammer. This may cause your account getting banned. We strongly encourage our customers to send legit messages that users are reasonably expecting to receive.
⚠️Note: The important thing to understand is that the account removal doesn't depend on the use of WhatSender Pro or other systems, but depends on the use you make of this tool.
So how to do it the best way? Basically, it would be better not to send messages to those who don't know us and don't know our brand or our company.
However, it is obvious that in order to expand our audience and increase the number of customers we must also send messages to those who aren't yet our customers. It is important to find ways to send messages to those who don't know us and at the same time reduce the risk of being reported as a spammer. Best advice 😉 The best way to do this is to include in your message the possibility for the customer to tell you that he no longer wants to receive your messages. In this way the customer is not encouraged to report your number as spam, on the contrary, he is given the opportunity to give his opinion and to express his desire to stop communications. ✅ For example, you can do this by inserting a sentence at the end of the message such as: "If you no longer wish to receive our messages, answer STOP". So you know that you won't have to send messages to that phone number anymore.
